Without ALL of You,
This Would Not
Be Possible.
Paul Cain was a dear friend to many of us, as well as an influencial leader
and mentor. He broke ground for advances in the prophetic ministry as
well as in global intercession and stadium evangelism.
Raised in humble beginnings, even having a miraculous birth, not expected
to live, he rose to prominence in his teens and twenties to speak widely
and shared meetings and and held his own tent crusades. He participated
with many of the leaders of what is referred to today as the “Voice of
Healing” campaign that carried an amazing influence considered pivotal in
healing evangelism in the 50’s. He even shared meetings with William
Branham and ministered to crowds of 30,000 in Karlsruhe, Germany, while
holding his own large tent meetings here in the US too.
After that season he withdrew to a quieter life, but still sought God and
ministered more locally and to those who could not help themselves. He
would even go to mental institutions and pray for the sick there, and some
had great breakthroughs of deliverance.
Later he would work with the government in the service of counter
terrorism with the FBI in what was called “remote viewing,” which to
Christian believers, would be called “prophetic seeing.” He was given an
award of honor by the Special Forces for his work there.
He later connected with John & Carol Wimber of the Vineyard Movement
and ministered often with them and also with Mike Bickle of the
International House of Prayer, often called IHOP, as one of the “Kansas City
prophets,” returning again to his fame because of his notable gifts. He
ministered at many churches and conferences, and traveled the world
ministering to key international figures, including President Clinton and
Prime Minister Netanyahu.
He connected to the prophetic movement leaders that rose up and was
instrumental to many in their advancing. In his later days he moved to
California again and had his offices with the Santa Maria Healing Rooms,
where Rick and Lori Taylor cared for him in his last days. He was born on
June 16, 1929 and died on Feb. 19, 2019 surrounded by those who loved
him.
We enjoyed working with Paul on many levels. For those of us who knew
him and heard him, he is greatly missed. He taught us much.
In Loving Memory of Our Friend
PAUL CAIN 1929 - 2019
